Carriers Fault
Shipping products such as collectibles takes a lot of love and care. We make sure each carton or package is secured with extra padding to ensure the product is received as it is advertised.
We do not endorse carriers or shipping vendors to leave packages unattended, damaged or exposed at the premises of our clients. If you are unhappy with the treatment of the carrier or freight vendor, please pick up the phone and call them when receiving the package making sure you photograph the package before it is received.
You may refuse any package that looks suspect of damage. However if it is returned to us, we do not offer a return on sale or collectible items.
