Leonardo 1997 Playmates TMNT Next Mutation Series 1

This Leo TMNT figures was from Playmate's The Next Mutation series.  It was the first series to be managed by a new Playmates team in 1997.  When the line was released in 1998 it included a new female Turtle character named Venus.
