In 1995 Playmates released Captain Kathryn Janeway action figures in the very first series of Star Trek Voyager TV series.
This card is special as It has a rare Error Card and the factory inserted B'elanna Torres collector card. A few pieces were released into the market before they could be recalled. This one is in perfect condition with blister and card still in tact. A Playmates Toys rare mistake.
